Ruijie Access Point Installation to Extend Wi-Fi Coverage Inside and Outside the Home
Matt from Jim’s Antennas recently assisted a client who required better Wi-Fi strength and speed both inside and outside their home – covering both their main property and shed.
To improve the Wi-Fi coverage for this customer Matt, with the guidance of the team at Powertec, installed 2 indoor Wi-Fi 6 Ruijie access points to provide Wi-Fi 6 inside the home for higher capacity and better Wi-Fi coverage, and an outdoor access point to provide a large area of Wi-Fi coverage outdoors. During this installation, Layer 3 roaming was also activated, so devices can seamlessly roam from indoor to outdoor Wi-Fi.
frustration of having to go inside to use the internet has now been eliminated, and the customer has been given peace of mind as the entire setup is not only covered under a 3 year warranty, but can be easily troubleshooted/monitored and supported via the Ruijie Cloud.
