I made the initial appointment and I was called within minutes of hanging up when I made the enquiry on the website. I was not home at the time of the repair , but my husband was – we could not be happier my husband said lovely person to deal with, professional and found the problem immediately , explained the problem and fixed it. These days it is very hard to find a repair man that arrives when they are supposed to , do the job and not charge us a fortune …. I have already recommended Jims …. Also well done to your customer service team who answered my initial call , a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
