Chris from Jim’s Antennas Everton Park was recently called to a home in Brisbane’s riverside suburb of Hamilton.
The owner had recently engaged another company to install a new digital antenna yet the TV reception was still pixelating. The owner didn’t feel comfortable re-contacting the original installer so she made a call to Jim’s Antennas and spoke with Chris. Chris promptly attended as he knows how frustrating it can be to suffer from poor reception. As Chris pulled up out the front he immediately identified the cause of the signal interference – the antenna was pointed directly into the tiled roof which blocked transmission from the tower. Chris repositioned the antenna and solved the problem.
