There are 4 main types of wall mount TV brackets;

  • Flat Wall Mount

A Flat Wall Mount bracket is your most basic wall mount tv bracket. It sits flush on the wall and doesn’t allow for any movement of your TV – which works well in your loungeroom where your furniture and viewing position doesn’t change.

A Swivel Wall Mount bracket works well in kitchens and bedrooms where the TV can be swivelled to the correct viewing angle, whether that’s whilst your working in the kitchen or sitting at your dining room table. These work well in bedrooms as they allow you to mount your tv in one corner of the room and swivel the TV out to the optimal viewing position when you’re watching TV in bed.

A Tilt wall mount works well in loungerooms and bedrooms as it allows you to tilt the TV down to optimise your viewing if your lying down on the couch or in bed. These are great wall mount tv brackets to use above fireplaces or where you need to mount the TV higher.

A Full Motion Wall mount gives you the best of all the above, it can be flat against the wall or tilted and moved. These TV wall mount brackets are great for open plan living spaces, mancaves and outdoors where you quiet often change the position and height that your viewing the TV room. Whether it’s sitting on your outdoor lounge or hanging around the BBQ watching the Boxing day test!
