Having lived in Heathmont for two years now, Steve is familiar with common reception issues, allowing him to respond efficiently and effectively to common customer queries. Prior to joining Jim’s Antennas, Steve worked for a Pay TV company, but decided to join the Jim’s Antennas team as he wanted run his own business and make his own decisions.

Steve loves working outdoors and in different environments, and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty. Being able to help people resolve their reception issues and leaving them feeling relived is what drives him to provide exceptional customer service.

When he’s off the job, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors, camping or 4w driving . He is always excited about being able to visit somewhere new and enjoys learning about the history of our state.

I worked with Steve on the installation of my Starlink version 3 setup. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, organised, prompt, and quick to respond to messages. When he came out to do the consultation, he listened to what I was looking for and provided some insight and additional information to make sure I had what was needed for the installation. I had to order a part from Starlink that was taking a while to ship, but once it arrived, Steve was easy to contact and arrange a time to do the installation.
