Message From Jim’s Antennas – Australia Is Retuning

Please be aware that some TV channels are changing their frequency in the final step of the move to digital TV. As a result, you will need to retune your TV, set-top box or digital recorder when these changes are made in your area. The retune is being completed in stages and is scheduled to finish on 31 December 2014.

You can check when you’ll need to retune by logging into the Australian Government website http://retune.digitalready.gov.au/ and typing your full address into the ‘Get retune info’ box at the top of the page. This site provides helpful hints on how to retune.

If you don’t have Internet access you can call the Digital Ready Information Line on 1800 20 10 13, 8.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. (AEDT) 7 days a week.

When your time comes to retune, and if you are experiencing difficulties, please contact 131546 to be put in contact with your friendly local Jim’s Antennas franchisee who is only to happy to help you through the process.
