From the moment we received a return telephone call from George to book in a timr for our repairs, the customers services received was professional, courteous and friendly. After George completed the work, everything was replaced and tidy. George even asked for a dust and pan to sweep up the mess. When the install was done the internal cabling and power were not complete enough for Peter to test and stated he would return once we had power. I contacted Peter to return as the electrician was scheduled to be completed. Peter returned on short notice after 6pm and even when the electrician was unable to complete the expected work (had power but cables not terminated). Peter stayed and finished terminating the cables toensure we had our antenna up and running. I commented that this was above the call of duty, his response was “how can I go home and watch TV knowing I left you without” Outstanding job Peter, Thanks again. A gentleman by the name of Martin came out and gave me a quote the next day. When he handed me the quote he explained everything that he was quoting for. A couple of days after this Martin came out and wall mounted our TV. I just wanted to let someone know what a great job Martin did on the instillation. He was fastidious and very particular in his approach and instillation of our TV. He explained everything and cleaned up after himself really well. When he was installing our TV my mother was there and fired questions at him about having an antenna installed at her 55 year old house. He was great with mum and spoke at a level that she could understand. Mum was also very impressed with him and had him out the very next day for her quote. This is a short note to advise you of my complete satisfaction with the top quality , highly professional work carried out by yourself and Cameron ; installing an antenna and cabling in my unit and TV points . Firstly I commend you on your punctuality in arriving when advised to commence work , also the update communications advising me of the arrival time being met as discussed prior to the day of the job . I had previously had work completed! to install an antenna and cabling which was to say the least abysmally below standard , by anyones’ point of view . However upon Donald and Cameron arriving , they commenced work in a methodical , highly professional manner . Which I may add was done very neatly and cleanly [ a relief to see work done in this manner ] . Both Donald and Cameron wiped their feet everytime each of them entered the unit and or took their shoes off , Thankyou gentlemen =] . The work was completed as per quoted price in a most timely manner , done very neatly and cleanly . At the end of the job after Cameron climbed down from the roof entry , he cleaned up making sure that none of the dust and rubbish from the roof cavity was left on the floor or surrounds . Donald also ensured that absolutely nothing in the way of dust or cabling scraps etc were left on the floor . My TV works perfectly now , wow so good to have the TV actually working properly . Of major note is that Donald and Cameron completed the job for less than half the price I payed the previous person [ no longer contactable ,who was recommended to me ; never again will I take that companies advice ] . These highly professional people carry an EFTPOS machine which provides a very convenient payment method saving one carrying cash , another winning idea . All new parts were used , a quote was given in writing , as was a receipt , and an EFTPOS docket . With nothing to clean up or any floors to mop or sweep where these gentlemen had been ,I sat back and contentedly watched TV properly at long last . In conclusion I would recommend Donald , Jim’s Antenna’s , to anyone who wishes to get a highly professional top quality job completed . One further point is that both Donald and Cameron are amiable at all times and do work quickly , neatly , and cleanly . Both are open to all questions that one may have , and indeed seem very happy to answer any questions which arise , including about a one year warranty which comes with the installation , no extra charge . I recommmend very few people / tradespeople however I am giving both of these good people my personal recommendation deservedly so . Thank You once again for an excellent job done in such a timely , clean , neat manner , as per quoted price , and on time =] , both of you are a credit to Jim’s Antenna’s .
