Upon arrival at a callout to a customer’s house in Warrandyte North, l was faced with two problems. The first was a very unhappy customer who had been trying to access free to air television for several years with no luck and two huge hills either side of the customers house. After receiving a quote from one of our competitors in the thousands of dollars for expensive mast systems, the customer was after a more affordable solution. So l thought back to our National conference where we were showed the new Black Arrow log periodic antenna from Hills which uses the latest technology in TV reception. After careful planning and site evaluations l was able to use a smaller 2.4 meter mast system with no unsightly and expensive guid wires and an active Black Arrow and at half the price the customer was not only extremely happy but was also watching television pixelation free!!!
