Jim’s Antennas Training on the Sunshine Coast

Jim’s Antennas franchisees both old and new from Maroochydore , Coolum , Yandina, Noosa , Witta , Gympie ,Bundaberg , Maryborough and Hervey Bay gathered at The Reef Hotel in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast .
A highly entertaining session in the morning from Andrew Kelly , Director of PR services for FC Business solutions guided the franchisees through an informative and educational session focussing on helping us develop a marketing plan especially looking at our Local Area Market. Franchisees left the session with renewed focus on the importance of business planning and how we can better involve ourselves with our local communities .
After a relaxed lunch on the picturesque terrace the Sunshine Coast Franchisees return for a fun session with Team Management Systems conducted by Corina Vucic .
Franchisees had the opportunity to take part in a questionnaire with a view to finding out our psychological profiles . The results and how it affects us in our attitude to our business will be the topic for this afternoon’s session .
Once again Jim’s Antennas are proving that they lead the field of Digital TV reception and antenna installation through their commitment to training and team development .
