After leaving school, Gary attended TAFE and commenced his trade certificate as an Electrical Fitting Mechanic. Upon completion he joined the Defence force where he spent a great of time. Looking for a career change, but wanting to continue to work in his skilled area and also remain in the great outdoors was a difficult ask and Jim’s Antenna’s provided the ideal fit.
Gary is continuing to grow both his skills and business to offer much more than just antennas. He is fully Government Endorsed and MACA certified and he provides a full range of domestic, Satellite and commercial services. Included in his range of services are:

Gary has been living in the western suburbs for most of his life and understands the issues for these areas very well. “I spent my early childhood in Coogee. My family moved to Penrith when I was 9 and I spent all my youth there, before joining the Army and travelling extensively all over Australia. When I left the Defence Force I moved back to the western Suburbs as I had not found a better place to raise my family in Australia”.
